10.0Nicholas was very kind and helpful throughout the process. The place was beautiful, easy to get in and out of. Parking was included which is a welcomed bonus! Leek was also lovely and we had a great time. I left somethings behind and was contacted immediately which was a great relief and I was able to go back and get them right away. Thanks for your honestly and quick response too!! It was much appreciated. Everything was spot on, will definitely book again if I'm staying in the area.

Unexpectedly disappointing
3.0Location brilliant
− Due to some misunderstanding with the cleaning company this flat wasn’t ready for us and hadn’t been prepared. As a result we had to leave a book a room at the local pub . As this was the night before our son’s wedding this could have been catastrophic. Nice flat didn’t realise it was a private rental , however Nick was super helpful apologetic and refunded us very quickly . But still was disappointed

10.0Another great stay at this apartment. Central location a couple of minutes walk into town. The apartment is modern, well furnished and very quiet. Look forward to staying again when we’re next in Leek.
