The very low ceiling beams detracted from the overall comfort of the apartment.
7.0Reasonable location. Modern interior.
− Upon arrival, the apartment was not locked and the key was broken. It took 2 days to obtain a replacement key. It has two low ceiling beams that created a hazard for the guests. Very small shower that was very tight for the average person. It was also very warm in the apartment with no fans.

10.0Da unser gebuchtes Apartment aufgrund eines Problems mit dem Schloss nicht zu beziehen war, wurden wir direkt in ein Apartment um die Ecke geupgradet. Somit kann ich nur dieses bewerten, aber ich nehme stark an, dass alle Apartments von Phoenix so schön sind. Es würde sich sofort gekümmert, das Team ist immer erreichbar. Es war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

8.0Les équipements! Tout y est pour cuisiner! La beauté de l’appartement, déco et mobilier. On s’y sent bien! Les chèvres dans le champ face a la chambre! La vue depuis la cuisine! La famille qui vit au rez de la maison, très sympa et nous a permis de passer par le jardin pour éviter le détour par la route pour rejoindre le centre.
− Le bruit (tout à fait correct, car ils vivent) des locataires du bas de la maison, car l’appartement est situé en haut d’une maison, au-dessus d’une famille avec enfants. Mais le problème est que la chambre de droite en entrant est sous les toits et au-dessus du lit, entre les poutres en bois, c’est ouvert et ça donne dans le couloir. Et évidemment vu que c’est une maison habitée, les portes sont ouvertes et on entend les enfants et la télé du bas. Plus petit que sur les photos qui on été certainement prise en grand angle.

9.0Tres belles prestations, bien situé pas loin du centre de Nendaz. Très belle vue.
− Une des chambres mansardées est très basse de plafond et est ajourée sur l'entrée de l'appartement . Peut-être faudrait-il prévoir une occultation au niveau des poutres.
