1.0Never got the access keys. Contacted the host and booking, but was stranded on the street from 9:30 PM. Had to book another hotel. Don't book if you can avoid.
− Any response from the people who manage this property would have been nice.

7.0no breakfast offered the Loft is in a good location the only issue is that it is very crowded and noisy - i have stayed at the Lofts several times this was the first time that the noise from the street was easily heard and was quite disturbing
− as mentioned the room this time was quite noisy until very late or in the early morning

10.0The location of this is phenomenal. Getting to it is kind of tricky but once inside you will be very happy. Spacious with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom & walk-in closet.
− The check in was difficult with luggage & they had me at the wrong room.
