− Um lixo, tudo sujo, a casa parecia que estava a mais de 30 dias sem limpeza, lençóis dos antigos hóspedes e toalhas ainda suja, saímos sem usar pois os proprietários só sabiam informar que o responsável estava doente, e não resolveram o problema, iremos acionar o booking e a proprietária na justiça, pois apesar de tudo não querem devolver nosso dinheiro Se esta informação servir para alguém Nunca se hóspede neste lugar

The pool was very nice, and the beds were quite comfortable. Both Bruna and Joao were very helpful and did what they could for us.

− The pool was not heated, as stated in the description. Quite a lot of dirt/sand gathered on the bottom. The pool netting pole was damaged with a hole in the top. Several items of furniture in the garden need renewing as they were broken or quite rusted. The bbq was as basic as I have ever seen, and I managed to cut my arms twice on the frame of it. One of the toilet seats was broken free from its fixing and had to be changed after a failed repair. Kitchen equipment was fairly limited, just about enough plates, etc, and not one sharp knife from a whole selection. The walk-in shower clogged up several times, and I had to clear the blockage myself to avoid a worse flood. The garden shown in the photos description has changed now. It appears to have been fenced off at the far end so as to accommodate another smaller residence added to the back of the main villa. One thing that arose during our stay was that there are no child locks on the garden doors so the children in our family could get up in the night and access the pool area, a bolt at the top of the door would fix the problem. I would strongly suggest that booking.com or the owners revisit the property soon and take some new photos so as to show the actual condition/shape that it is now. With some care and attention to the place, it could be a very nice villa!

Grote villa voor je alleen. De inrichting is voldoende en komt overeen met de fotos en advertentie. De keuken is ruim, met grote koelkast, diepvries en oven.

− Geen persoonlijke ontvangst. We stonden voor een dicht hek. We konden later inchecken omdat de pool guy bezig zou zijn met het zwembad. Dat bleek niet het geval. Tevens was de stand van het water in het zwembad te laag, waardoor de pomp veel geluid maakte en ons de eerste nacht uit de slaap hield. We hebben zelf het water bijgevuld. Er waren veel vliegen langs het zwembad waardoor je hier niet prettig lag. De afwerking in het huis had veel beter gekund. De meubels buiten zijn aan vervanging toe. We waren slechts twee nachten in de villa, waardoor we de negatieve zaken voor lief namen. Maar bij een langer verblijf zou dit onze vakantie zeer nadelig hebben beïnvloed. De prijs die gevraagd wordt rechtvaardigd een betere service.

The inside of the villa matches the photos. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Air conditioning only in living room which was fine as the evenings were cooler and if you kept shutters closed the bedrooms remained cool.

− The outdoor area didn't match the photos, patio and pool dirty. Pool didn't look right, film on top and green tinged. Outdoor furniture was rusty and loungers needed jet washing. BBQ area was covered in bird poo! We know about pools so contacted agent and owner to say there was an issue - no one came to check the pool in the 9 nights we stayed even after complaining. We bought testers and chlorine and worked hard so the pool could be used. The shower room smells of damp. The kitchen only had 3 bowls, 1 wine glass and 1 saucepan, most plates are chipped. We purchased glasses and bowls and left at property. Photos on booking.com don't match as they have blocked the bathroom window in and we think created a second rental next door but noise insulation needs improving.

This villa is exactly what we were looking for. It has plenty of room and the pool is nice and big. The sleeping area is nicely separated from the living area. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen facilities are really great. And having a BBQ was fab.

− The hot tub was not available and we'd like to have been able to use it. There was a slight issue with the plumbing just before we left (it was fine for most of our stay) but I believe this will be easily resolved.
