2.0− We paid a 50% deposit for a stay between 29/12/25 to 02/01/26 I had initially transferred a small amount to check if the money sent from Australia reached them in Goa. After the host confirmed that the small amount was received, I sent the remaining of the 50%, which was close to $1,000 Aust. I was later told that the amount was not received and even the smaller amount was from someone else and not what we sent. To recover the money was a terribly hard and really bad customer service. We finally had to cancel our planned stay at the place.
