8.0Appartement bien situé prêt de la corniche, tout a proximité magasins cafés et restaurants, très agréable pour des balades nocturnes puisque qu'il est situé a quelques mètres de la corniche, le propriétaire est réactif et disponible et respectueux... J'ai louer dans ses deux appartements et rien à dire.
− Rien à dire de spécial peut-être y mettre une clim car un peu chaud malgré deux puissant ventilos mais rien de grave aller y les yeux fermés
Si vous cherchez un endroit central alors n’hésitez pas c’est le bon endroit !
9.0L’emplacement est idéalement bien situé ! Idéal pour aller dans le centre à pied et se balader sur la corniche. Le plus est la terrasse qui malheureusement n’est pas aménagé, il serait bien d’y mettre une table avec 4 chaises. Le plus est le stationnement devant l’immeuble.
− Le problème est qu’il a fait très chaud et que nous savions qu’il n’y avait pas la climatisation mais des ventilateurs qui ne sont pas suffisants pour rafraîchir l’appartement donc très chaud à cette saison.

8.0Les explications d arrivée très claires. L emplacement sur la corniche (juste a côté) très bien pour pouvoir se promener le soir tranquillement. Proche des restaurants a pied. Facilité de parking juste devant.une terrasse privative.
− Manque aménagement de la terrasse dommage.
