10.0Wij zijn 3,5 week in Ibiza Dream Villa Denia geweest, die wij in december/januari hebben gehuurd voor een workation. Wat een heerlijk ruim en comfortabel huis! De villa bood ons alle rust en ruimte om werken en ontspannen perfect te combineren. We hebben zonder moeite twee fijne werkplekken kunnen inrichten, met voldoende licht en een prettige sfeer. De bedden zijn werkelijk heerlijk, wat zorgt voor een goede nachtrust. Hoewel wij er in een mildere periode waren, kunnen we ons goed voorstellen dat het prachtige zwembad bij hogere temperaturen voor heerlijke verkoeling zorgt. De villa ligt in een rustige en veilige wijk, wat het verblijf extra ontspannen maakt. Alle faciliteiten in het huis zijn uitstekend op orde: een grote koelkast, een ruime en volledig uitgeruste keuken en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een langer verblijf. Rondom het huis zijn meerdere terrassen, waardoor je altijd kunt kiezen voor zon of schaduw – ideaal op elk moment van de dag. Het uitzicht vanuit de vele ramen in het huis is prachtig. Kortom: een fantastische villa voor zowel een workation als een ontspannen vakantie. Absoluut een aanrader en een plek waar wij met veel plezier op terugkijken.

Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure.
Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests { including from smoking outside designated areas} will incur a cost that will be shared and agreed on during check-in.
No smoking inside the villa. No noise or music outside between 23:00 and 08:00. Please refrain from using the pool after 22:00 to avoid night noise. Shower before swimming as suntan lotion is not allowed in the pool. Causes cloudy water and yellow edges, resulting in additional charges for pool maintenance. Leave the villa as you found it and return the furniture to its original place. Due to insects and odor, remove all garbage and place it in one of the dumpsters on the street. We charge a fee if the barbecue is not cleaned after use, or if garbage is left on the property. You have to pay the deposit 7 days before check-in. It will be returned to you, subject to any damages. As required by Spanish law, send us a photo by Whatsapp of all IDs of all guests 7 days before check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
