The text communication was great. I had all the information I needed to get in and out of the property at my fingertips. The communication came at just the right time and was easy to understand with pics. The hot water was HOT and that is nice. I was able to take a soak in the nice clean tub. I loved that both levels had the access to utensils, coffee maker and fridge. It was also that both levels had their own heat control. My son likes it cooler so he stayed on one level and my daughter and I on the other. The welcoming tray with snacks and water were a nice surprise and appreciated. Everything was CLEAN, especially appreciated the floors. I felt it was cleaner than most hotels. The location was quiet and close to many things,

− The chairs for outside were wet. I really wanted to sit outside and read but couldn't despite the sunny weather. Would have been nice to have fence repair between next door area outside for privacy. That screen door was also off. I slid twice at the top of the stairs, a texture strip would be helpful. Totally not under your control but one night we came back and someone was in our parking spot. They were not interested in moving until a drug deal went down in front and me and my kids.

When I txt with Sean. He replied and got a follow up and solution quickly. I would stay here again.

The place was very clean and welcoming with added "little things" to make your stay brighter. The price for what you get to stay in was unbeatable. We had 3 adults and an 11 yr old plus a small dog and there was more than enough space for everyone with no issues whatsoever. I definitely recommend this place if youre looking for somewhere that won't break your wallet, is quiet, clean and with all that you will need for a great and peaceful stay. A big thanks to Sean as well as all staff and anyone else included. You have done a great job here! *****

Location was good

− I received a text message a few days before requiring a 599.00 deposit or a nonrefundable 59.00 fee for insurance to cover the property. Felt completely scammed with little choice to change last minute. I texted the property management and they said I had to pick one of the two. I did not feel comfortable allowing them to put a 600 hold on my card so I paid an additional 59.00 TOTAL SCAM.

Taking our daughter to college was hard, but this great location and comfortable accommodations helped.
