1.0We did not stay because of Byron
− We will never book again with Byron as a property manager. Always a problem with his properties/reservations. This was our 3rd booking with him as a property manager. ALWAYS A COMPLICATION! This time we were informed 3 hours before arrival that there was a mix up and the apartment was not available. We booked instead booked a different apartment in EON for less money and no credit card surcharge.

− Heel slechte ervaring. Accomodatie was vuil en aftands, maar het grootste probleem was dat bij opstaan er geen stromend water was, waardoor wij niet konden douchen, onze tanden poetsen of naar het wc gaan. Schandalig, we zouden graag ons geld terugkrijgen voor deze erbarmelijke ervaring.

− La señorita de la recepción no es cordial ni amable, parecía hasta molesta.
Overall it was fine for a two night stay. The bed was comfy. Wifi worked great. Pool was nice.
7.0I liked that i had a kitchen to make some meals and coffee in the morning. The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a Pool/ hot tub.
− The shower was cold and water barely coming out! The bathroom could have been more clean honestly. It shows that we can have access to the bar area and lounge spaces, but i could get in there to do some work. Oh and the TV didnt turn on at all.

7.0La localisation est intéressante, l’appartement est moderne et le propriétaire est sympathique, arrangeant (en cas d’arrivée tardive notamment) et réactif.
− Le personnel de la réception n’est pas agréable ni arrangeant. Il n’est pas non plus possible de laisser ses affaires à la réception.
