− The apartment has no air conditioning system. In the summer, temperatures rise up. Yes, there are fans available, but air conditioning is needed in the summer.

− Appartement qui a besoin de rafraîchissement couloir et surtout salle de bain. Nous avons eu un doute sur propreté des canapés. Emplacement proche métro, bus et supermarché très bien mais lotissement moyen, parties communes immeubles moyens En équipement il manque de la vaisselle, trop juste, et une table et des chaises pour manger.
Barato, metro cerca ,sucio ,barrio chungo y propietario que quiere ganar dinero haciendo lo mínimo.
1.0Tiene un supermercado y una parada de bus y metro muy cerca.
− El barrio es preocupante.En el edificio había un cartel para avisar a la policía si se veían grupos de jóvenes montando jaleo. El propietario no invierte lo más mínimo en el piso.Ya hay varias quejas por ja Caldera, yo estuve 3 días sin agua y aún estoy pendiente de que el propietario hable conmigo para una compensacion. El piso podría tener algún tenedor, cuchillo o vaso más, solo por poner un ejemplo de algo que no requiere dinero,pero si ganas de agradar y de cuidar al cliente.Justo lo contrario de lo que hacen aquí.Muy sucio, pero nadie pensará en pagar un par de horas más para limpiar,aunque el cliente las pague.

There is a nice little bar next to the apartment with prices significantly cheaper than in the city center. Communication with the apartment owners was very good
− We were a little disappointed with the facilities in the apartment. But if you come prepared for everything described, then there is nothing to complain about.
