− L'appuntamento è stato molto deludente. Al limite dell'abitabilità. Molti mobili rotti o non utilizzabili, entrambi i divani sfondati con stecche mancanti, molte sedie allentate e traballanti. Caldissima, con un solo ventilatore, bisognaper forza tenerele finestreapertema la ferroviaria è a soli 20m. Di sicuro non adeguato al prezzo richiesto.
