9.0Liked everything about the place, nice, clean and spacious. Big garden. If we had more time, we would have extended our stay. If we visit Birmingham again will book here. Strongly recommend
− Nothing major and it didnt affect our stay but some of the carpet grippers on stairs and also in the downstairs front bedroom need to be adjust as the pins were coming through. The plugs in the kitchen by the backdoor were faulty.

10.0Great space ,for 3 of us working in the area , got 2 vans on the drive , large rear garden , very good communication with vendor ,comfy beds , if working in the area again will most definitely stay again , aldi 5 minutes walk away , very clean through out
