It was near our desired destination.

− The host offered add-ons for a fee. I was hesitant to agree because I needed a receipt for everything. He said he can provide one, so I accepted. However, after a week of continuous follow-up, he still didn't give me the receipt. Also, it would be better if the property provided a gallon of mineral water for convenience, like most of the properties in this category. We had trouble parking our van because the street in this subdivision is too narrow. However, smaller vehicles like sedans wouldn't have a problem.

I like that the place is spacious and can accommodate my whole family. We stayed there after attending a wedding. The host is kind enough to let us come in earlier so we can do a retouch our look/fit while their housekeeper is still cleaning since there was a guest before us. Beds are sufficient and have complete amenities of toilet and bath with hot shower, kitchen and utensils/cooking wares, refrigerator. All linens were replaced and smelled good too..floors were swept and cleaned so we left the place the same clean. The host is easy to communicate with too even if they are not present (they have housekeepers and we also met his mom before our departure). The arrangement of the house is not the typical design, it's like being in a Squidgame area where rooms are on different stairs, it looks fun and added to the character of the house. Overall it is a nice place to stay especially if you have an event nearby, a pool resort is near to it as well.

− There is no available parking space in the area so we just use Grab for our transit to avoid any issues. I also didn't like that we were accused of breaking the mirror in the living room but it was all sorted out as the guest prior us admitted their mistake so i suggest that guests must always take videos of the place they rent upon arrival and departure to serve as proof. I also dislike how there's additional payment for the use of billiards and the mini golf course and karaoke, it's like it is already there yet you can't use it unless you pay, other BNB have them for free so I was surprised that there is additional payment for it, the photo of these games are somehow clickbait, we didn't avail it since we just need resting place after our event but it would've been better if we could play some games during the stay. The internet is somehow weak as well or maybe because many of us are connected to it and it's having a hard time.
