10.0Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und tägliche Ausflüge mit dem Bus nach Regensburg genossen. Die Dult war sogar noch näher.
Gut ausgestattetes Appartement - mit verbesserungsfähigem Infomanagement
9.0Die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch an Küchenutensilien war alles Wesentliche vorhanden. Die geräumige Nordterrasse war an den extrem heißen Tagen, an denen wir in Regensburg waren sehr angenehm. Bei weniger tollem Wetter ist die Nutzbarkeit wahrscheinlich etwas eingeschränkt. Bei einem auftretenden Problem (s.u.), war der Vermieter sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
− Nicht alles was nach technischem Fortschritt ausschaut, ist auch einer! Die Informationen zur Wohnung waren nur über einen QR-Code zugänglich, der aber leider nicht funktionierte. Der alternativ gesendete link war nur über dropbox abrufbar. Alles sehr umständlich und letztlich unkomfortabel. Es soll ja auch immer noch Menschen geben, die aus guten Gründen kein Smartphone nutzen. Es wäre also sehr hilfreich für alle Fälle auch immer noch eine kleine ausgesdruckte Infomappe bereit zu halten. Der könnten man dann auch die Bedienung des -nicht selbsterklärenden- Induktionskochfeldes etc. entnehmen...
