10.0Квартира очень уютная, очень чистая, с прекрасными видами на озеро. В квартире все продумано до мелочей. Есть рядом подземная парковка. Хозяйка очень внимательна к гостям.
− В квартире заявлено что есть кондиционер, но в спальне он не работает. В гостинной мы ждали час поставив кондиционер на 18 градусов, но понижения температуры в квартире так и не дождались. Когда мы жили в квартире было больше 30 градусов тепла, днем мы закрывали спальни а ночью спали с открытыми окнами и было довольно прохладно. Специфика этого места что ночью и ранним утром всегда дует ветер и в апартаментах всегда комфортно

10.0Es ist eine wunderschöne gepflegte Wohnung hat alles was es braucht.Das Dorf ist auch wunderschön.Der Schiffsteg direkt vor dem Haus und die Aussicht traumhaft.

6.0Die Lage mit dem direkten Blick auf den See ist grandios. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
− Die Wohnung hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit grenzwertig, im Schlafzimmer waren an der Decke überall Spinnenweben. Und die Böden waren auch nicht ordentlich sauber. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, wenn sich Menschen vor der Wohnung aufgehalten haben. Außerdem ging die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer gar nicht und auch in der restlichen Wohnung schaffte es die Klimaanlage nicht eine angenehme Zimmertemperatur herzustellen.

8.0- Lage in Morcote - hübsch und nützlich eingerichtet - check in/ check out reibungslos
− - Klimaanlage hat nur im Wohnraum funktioniert und nicht im Schlafraum. Dennoch kein Preisnachlass erhalten. - wir haben für 4 Personen reserviert und gebucht, war aber nur ein Bett gerichtet. Das andere mussten wir komplett selber machen, schade.
Schöner Kurzaufenthalt, eine Wohnung zum Weiterempfehlen.
8.0Zentrale Lage mit tollem Seeblick. Saubere Wohnung und zweckmässige Einrichtung mit viel Stauraum (grosser begehbarer Schrank)
− Für Selbstversorger ist die Küche eher spartanisch eingerichtet, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Mit der Zustellung ded Codes für die Schlüsselbox hat es leider nicht geklappt und die Erreichbarkeit des Offices war etwas mühsam. Wir mussten während 30 Minuten immer wieder anrufen, bis wir jemanden am Tel. hatten, Hilfe wae dann aber freundlich und prompt.
