Without my brother fixing all above we were left alone to sort. Had to move family meet up to a new venue because of the

− 1. Back garden grass 3ft high, rubbish at back, dangerous for children, open access at back and signs of a fire had been set in centre of garden in past. Broken furniture at back 2. Front access unkempt 3. Fridge and freezer off on arrival 4. Hot water not working 5. Toilet flush broken 6. Leak in pipes under sink 7. General standard of property lower than anticipated 8. Difficulty accessing support from management company

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless — the check-in process was smooth, the property was spotless, and every little detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make me feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport links. Absolutely fantastic place to stay
10.0The accommodation was exceptional, very clean and very well set out. Even off-road parking at the rear of the accommodation. Towels laid out on the beds like a 5 start hotel. Would highly recommend a stay here absolutely lovely place for a weekend break, thank you very much for having us, see you again very soon.
