8.0Ideal location for the event we attended, ample parking for 2 large cars, great communication from host. Beds very comfortable, large garden.
− The small double room is a tight squeeze and may be better as a single room

− Entry code didn't work initially but quickly resolved by the owner. Garden wasn't as nice as expected for a "luxury" description.
The stay was decent enough for the money paid.
