10.0Great host,attentive great communication, Dave really wants you to enjoy your break. The apartment is modern, very clean and well placed for all main attractions. Fully equipped kitchen, light and airy rooms. Private courtyard with seats and lighting tasteful planting , a quiet space to relax after a busy day.
− I personally would have liked a softer mattress and pillows but this is personal to me.

10.0Had a fantastic stay at Dave’s holiday home in Skegness. The place was very clean, well looked after, and located in a calm and peaceful area. Communication with Dave was excellent from start to finish – very helpful and easy to contact. The location was perfect, close to the beach, local bar, and chip shop, which made everything very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you, Dave!

10.0Great location with parking available and only a minutes walk from the beach! The host was really helpful and flexible with check in/out times. The property was clean, comfortable and the garden area was great to relax in.
