− The rugs in the hallway seem to roll up when the luggage goes over them. Additional signage for where coffee is located would be great. There were cups in the room but no instructions about where the coffee station was.

10.0The check-in process was confusing because it was unexpected. I'd never stayed in a non-peopled hotel. I don't get email on my phone so I had trouble contacting someone to get help but after my daughter and I got in the hotel room, all was great!! The service area had everything we needed...even a washer and dryer!! Will definitely recommend this place and stay there again on our next cruise!!!
