Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft an guter Lage mit tollem Gastgeber
10.0Die Wohnung war sehr hell und gross und die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig und am Pool kann man sich gut ausruhen. Der Gastgeber war top und hat uns viele Infos zu Restaurants etc. gesendet. Das Fahrrad konnte gratis genutzt werden und damit ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt.
All in all, I can definitely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again.
9.0I had a great stay at this apartment in Cozumel. The place is spacious, cozy and nicely furnished and having a kitchen was very convenient. I especially loved the pool area – it’s a really nice spot to relax and hang out. Another great perk was that they offer bikes for free, which made it easy and fun to get around the island. Check-in was very easy and uncomplicated, and I was even able to check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. The host was also very responsive and replied very quickly to any questions via WhatsApp. The room was large and comfortable.
− It was a little dusty in some places, but that might simply be because the apartment hadn’t been occupied for a while.

De overbooker deres gode suiter. Giver små suiter til de som har booket en stor uden at sige det.
1.0Jeg kunne godt lide den suites jeg havde bestilt, bare ærgerligt at da jeg kom havde I tildelt mig en lille suite som vi ikke kunne være i, uden at give os besked. Det fandt vi selv ud af da vi ankom. Og det var ingen hjælp at hente
− Jeg kunne ikke lide at blive snydt. Jeg fik ikke hvad jeg havde bestilt, ingen hjælp, ingen kompensation for det lille værelse de havde givet os. Generelt meget dårlig service.
