Good value for money and super comfy

The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was as described. The water pressure and temperature was perfect and you can take nice a warm showers no matter the time. The area is quiet and we were able to sleep with the window open. The staff were very friendly and helpful, also they replied fast to our inquiries. Thank you David for your help!

− The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the other people talking in their room. We had nice neighbors so it didn’t bother us much.

The property is excellently located and very close to public transportation. The small kitchen equipped with a kettle, microwave, and fridge was very useful. ​The self-check-in process was very easy. ​Overall, it offers good value for money.

− The room is very small. Aside from a wardrobe, there are no hooks or hangers in either the bedroom or the bathroom, making it quite difficult to hang up clothes or towels. ​There was barely any hand soap provided in the bathroom (enough for our stay, though), and no shower gel at all. ​The walls are very thin.Throughout the night, you can clearly hear sounds from upstairs and the adjacent rooms. At times, it was so loud we woke up thinking someone was actually in the room with us. Furthermore, the noise of people walking down the stairs is highly disruptive. ​It is perfectly fine for a short stay of just a couple of days, but for longer trips, the noise will seriously disrupt your sleep.

− Retkes volt az egész, a képeket úgy tűnik hogy nagyobb a hely közben kb 2 négyzetméter, illetve úgy volt hogy SAJÁT konyha jár a helyhez közben meg kell osztani a többi emberrel, a konyha is retkes volt! Rozsdás vízköves volt a fürdő, foltos volt az ágynemű, retkes volt a fal és a padlószőnyeg, az ablakot alig lehetett kinyitni! A biztonság az nagyon nem volt megbízható, amikor megérkeztünk a helyre a bejárati ajtó kb be volt rugva illetve az ajtók nem zártak jól és nem volt rajta zársem amivel rendesen be lehet zárni!

La ubicación estaba bien, como a 45 minutos andando del centro, aunque pone que el nombre del alojamiento es "15 minutes away the London eye" y NADA que ver.

− Para empezar al llegar al sitio, google maps no te mandaba a la ubicación exacta, habian otros alojamiento, por tema de roaming internacional, no podiamos llamar a los números de contacto, les hable por whatsapp a los tres, consegui con suerte que uno me contactara, pero me colgo y me mando un video diciendo como abrir la puerta, que resulto que estaba metida en un callejón, no la que se vea como puerta principal en la dirección que daban. El cajetín de la llave TAMPOCO era el que salía en el vídeo, tuvimos que estar probando cajetines hasta que conseguimos entrar al edificio, a partir de ahi, no volvieron a contestar ningún mensaje, de hecho dos de tres de los contactos nunca contestaron, les dió igual si habiamos conseguido entrar o no a la habitación. Al llegar, la habitación no era muy grande, pero no suponía un problema, el problema fue que el armario no abría, porque chocaba con la cama de lo pequeña que era la habitación, por tanto no podias guardar ni sacar nada del armario. Al entrar al baño, habia heces en el inodoro, por lo que dudo que la habitación estuviera limpia, cambio de sábanas ect. Ponen un cartes en la puerta que dice que si quieres que te limpien la habitación son 25 libras más. La puerta del baño no cierra, por tanto te ven ducharte, porque la ducha está a 1m de la cama. El secador roto y puesto con esparadrapo pero aún así se cae el aplicador completamente. La bañera sucia al llegar, como las tazas donde se supone que deberíamos desayunar. En general la higiene de la habitaciñon.
