Only the location

− Couldn't gain access to the property for 90 mins was given the wrong access code for the main door was sent insteuctions to go to a restaurant close by and they will help they had the same phone numbers as ourselves and couldnt make contact with the management team or owner only got access when other people staying in the the other apartment let us in which meant we had to cancel plans for a pre wedding event we were meant to attend Phone numbers that was available didnt work Silverkey management badly let us down then said " we should have called the emergency number " which they supplied to us and turned out to be the wrong on anyway soooo all in all there's better places in Gibraltar only stay here if its the last resort Oh and the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in the property needs a lick of paint and some basic repairs

The apartment was near to Main Street. Good location.

− The area where we stayed on the ground floor next to the lift was extremely noisy during the day and worst at night when people were drunk. They would sit on the bench outside the apartment next to us so the security light would also come on.

Great apartment, let down by noisey neighbours.

Located in the centre of town. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed.

− Noise all the time. Upstairs room banging and arguing. Kids screaming. Ruined the relaxation part of trip. Be warned.

− Not having one of the receptionist to speak to face to face, and not to have to call and listen to a machine asking to press options…

Near casemates square, some noise disruption, but worth the cost!!!!

Lovely ground floor flat, lots of noise from above!!!!! Fountain outside the bedroom window kept me awake all night, but I am a light sleeper. The bathroom window faces public courtyard and offers no sense of privacy. Please fit a blind to the window! The property is really cosy and well equipped. The response of staff os outstanding 👏 👌 Anything we needed, they were there for us. Perfect location, 5 min walk to Casemates Square, 10 min walk back with a belly full of beer and food 😋 lol For the price, it's good, it's well situated and well presented, you check in and check out on.you're own with ease and help is at hand if you need it...... So all in all, thanks and well done 👏 ✔️ 👍 🙌 😀
