Location was great for us. Needs a little more tlc to be our go to spot.
7.0The location to beach. The back porch sitting area. Beautiful little “lake” on backside. The bedding clean and comfortable if you don’t mind sleeping on queen size bed.
− Definitely in need of new living room furniture. Couch, chair, ottoman and rug are very dingy. Wasn’t anywhere for us to sit down and eat comfortably together. Maybe some nice tv trays. There are barstools along backside of kitchen counter. Just not ideal for meals. It’s definitely doable and served our purpose. Baseboards need a real good cleaning.
Great stay at this clean, basic townhome
9.0GREAT location, just a few steps from the beach and a quick drive to the dog beach. The kitchen was decently equipped - we cooked most nights in because it’s just easier with kids. Having the back deck overlooking the pond/lagoon was wonderful and it was so peaceful sitting out there.
− We had a pretty great stay but if I had to nitpick, we found the sofas pretty uncomfortable (I have a bad back, I had to get up and move around if sitting for more than a few minutes) and I could smell dog on them. That’s just the way it is with dog-friendly rentals (which we were very grateful for) so I really can’t complain.
