loved the vibe on entering - so cool. with the music playing

− key lock a bit tricky- decking needed cleaned, rusty radiators, random holes in wall, chipped counter top and fridge - oven doesn't work, couches were done, no spring - tv lost internet for 6 hours- please stick in an aerial

We have an amazing stay! Lodge was perfect size, well very comfortable and exactly like advertised. Hot tub was amazing. Bedrooms good size, beds very comfortable. Welcome package was very appreciated; as well as entry music made the start to the weekend very enjoyable. Will 100% be back.

− Absolutely nothing to not like! However if any suggestions were given would just be a small light out the back, hot tub lights were good but can get very dark at night when stepping out the hot tub onto the decking.

We had a very difficult drive up and unfortunately this extended our drive by nearly 2 hours. We were fed up and tired. Easy access to the code and entry. Opened the door with mood lighting on along with some chill music. Along with that there were sweet treats around and a bottle of fiz too. Amazing lodge. Weather wasn't great but the lodge was calm and warm. Hot tub Amazing. We loved every minute.

− Only down side was when we striped beds, no mattress protector, these are evidently needed. Main bed very firm. But everyone likes different firm rating.

Fir coat, no knickers. Real shame, initial good surprise at the style, Sad as the week went by.

When we first entered the property, we were surprised how well and thought out the decoration of the property.

− As the week went by, we kept finding bits that needed attention, shower drainage ( poor enough to fill up to the door and on to the floor) wardrobe door broken, panel in bathroom dropped off narrowly missing my partners foot. On top of this, the oven controls were broken, so cooking was a guessing game. We didn't bother reporting this for reason I'll explain. The first evening, went make dinner etc. Every utensil, glass, plate was dirty, with old food on them and stuff put away that were actually visibly greasy, we literally had to wash everything b4 we could do anything. This we did report, via the email provided in the welcome pack, but we didn't even receive an acknowledgement so couldn't see the point of reporting the bit found later.
