− Not easy to fine parking! You need to park on roadside Apartment in 2nd. Floor. Not good for old and handicap people

5.0− Im Detail nicht hochwertig renoviert oder eingerichtet. Bei der Exposeerstellung hat Fotoshop geholfen. Es bedarf dringender optischer Reparaturen. In schwer zugänglichen Ecken sollte von Zeit zu auch geputzt werden. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr alten Haus in sehr schlechtem Zustand mit sehr steiler Treppe deren Stufen stark abgelaufenen sind. Diese könnten schnell zur Stolperfalle für Kinder und ältere bzw. ungeschickte Erwachsene werden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist verheerend. Einen Parkplatz zu finden grenzt an ein Wunder.

− No parking, stairs to go to apartment are not good, have tobbe extra extra careful as staircase is very very old. 😑😑
