10.0La cercanía a la playa sobre todo,el apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario tanto en la cocina (es de agradecer que hubiera sal, algunas especias para cocinar nos dejaron unas botellitas de agua fresca a la llegada ,cápsulas de café ,azúcar ,bolsas de basura y alguna cosa mas que quizás me olvide y en el baño papel higiénico y jabón de manos aparte de unas muestras de gel ,champú) es algo que se agradece y también la facilidad a la entrada y salida .Lo recomiendo mucho

10.0El trato con Daniel fue cordial y rápido tuvimos un problema con el funcionamiento de la lavadora pero lo solucionaron en tiempo y forma y además nos compensaron con una noche adicional sin coste. Muchas gracias Daniel por tu trato y tu diligencia en la resolución de problemas .

− Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, alles alt und und abgenutzt. Keine Möglichkeit deutsche Fernsehsender zu installieren und zu empfangen. Kleine Schlafzimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Die angegebenen 130 m2 Wohnfläche erwiesen sich als max. 73 m2 Keine Liegen, um sich mal an den Pool zu legen
Wenn die dargestellten Defizite aufgearbeitet werden: Ok!
5.0Die Lage und der Preis. Höher hätte er aber auch nicht sein dürfen. Solange das Nachbargrundstück noch nicht bebaut ist, ist die Aussicht vom Balkon toll.
− Wenig Besteck. Keine Bedienungsanleitungen für die Küchengeräte. Die Schränke und Schubladen im Wohnzimmer waren mit vielen Sachen gefüllt, die dort nicht hingehören. Die Entlüftung der Bäder funktionierte nicht, weshalb sie nach dem Duschen Dampfbädern glichen. Der Couchtisch im Wohnzimmer sollte erneuert werden.
Overall very enjoyable
9.0Location was excellent - very near to beach, chiringuitos and supermarket nearby. Balcony with sea and mountain views. Good space and comfortable furnishings. Generally well-equipped.
− Area is obviously being developed so there was a lot of construction work ongoing and views to mountains impacted by cranes etc. There also seems to be an issue with the plumbing - occasional very loud noises seeming to come from upstairs flat and vibrating in the ensuite bathroom.
