1.0It’s a scam… maybe not the owner?
− Never went and when I spoke to the owner of the property he said he hadn’t been on Booking.Com book for 2-3 years but was still getting requests. Booking.Com whom I’ve used for many years for travel purposes said it was confirmed and I had to pay the £160/night at this property and then had to find and pay for another room.

10.0This apartment was very clean and a short walk from Shepherd's Bush train and underground stations. The owner answered my call promptly when I contacted him and was helpful and courteous.
− There are a lot of stairs in the building itself. This was fine for us but would not suit everyone

Bring toilet paper!

− Apartment description didn't match what was actually there. Description says bath and/or shower, there's only a shower. Says there is a sofa bed, there is not. Description also states free toiletries. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, nothing. The host was very friendly and cooperative however, did arrive late to let us into the apartment.
