− We booked this unit, but we were moved to a lower rated/cheaper unit (Happy Rainbow suite). They would not refund the difference (£+60). They did not want me to escalate through booking.com and offered me a derisory cash in hand offer (£14) No locks/restrictors on the windows/balcony doors (30 floors up!). We had to find a local hardware shop to gaffer up the handles for the safety of our children. The mattresses collapsed, so it was like sleeping in a crater. There was no hand soap in the toilets/bathrooms. Should have read the Google reviews first. I advise finding somewhere else to stay.
