9.0Die Lage ist großartig. Sehr ruhig. Man ist trotzdem schnell überall zu Fuß. Sehr gute hochwertige Ausstattung.. Geschmackvoll funktionell. Alles gut durchdacht. Die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit. Alles top sauber. Man kann sogar wunderschöne Strandtücher leihen.
− Bei der Küchenausstattung wäre ein Schneidebrett hilfreich. Ebenso erwartet man in Ostfriesland ein Teekännchen und ein paar Teetassen für ostfriesischen Tee.

9.0Schöne moderne Ausstattung, tolle Lage, sehr sauber, alles ausreichend vorhanden (Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Spültaps etc.), gute Matratzen, Decken, Kissen.
