Abbiamo soggiornato presso Trulli and Pool I Cactus e ci siamo subito immersi in un’atmosfera autentica. La struttura, composta da veri trulli restaurati con gusto, ha un fascino unico e trasmette un senso di pace difficile da spiegare a parole. Il vero punto forte della casa, oltre all’autenticità dei trulli, è la piscina: grande, immersa nel verde circondata da una siepe che garantisce una privacy totale. Era ad uso esclusivo, tutta per noi – questo ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Abbiamo adorato il barbecue in muratura, perfetto per una cena all’aperto. Vito è una Star, gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Un’accoglienza calorosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato e che fa la differenza quando ai è in posti nuovi. All’arrivo ci hanno accolti un cestino di benvenuto con prodotti tipici, acqua, latte e tutto il necessario per sentirci immediatamente a casa. Un gesto attento molto gradito. La posizione è strategica e facile da raggiungere: in pochi minuti si arriva a Martina Franca e in altri splendidi borghi della Valle d’Itria grazie all'immediato accesso a una delle strade principali. E’ il luogo ideale per chi cerca autenticità e bellezza. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e porteremo con noi un bel ricordo.

Trulli and Pool I Cactus… a magical place!

Trulli and Pool I Cactus was the last stop of a wonderful trip through Puglia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to end our experience. The five trulli are beautifully preserved, and staying there felt like stepping back in time. The suite with a private bathroom and the other double bedroom are spacious and comfortable, furnished with typical and vintage items, such as traditional ceramics, antique mirrors, and solid wood furniture, which add a touch of authenticity. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, including a small living room with a sofa and TV. The mattresses are comfortable, and the linens are fresh and fragrant. Moreover, the cleanliness was impeccable: I suffer from a dust allergy and had no issues during the entire stay. The white stones of the trulli, illuminated by the soft light of the bedside lamps, created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The outside area is a true oasis of tranquility. The pool is spacious and well-maintained, surrounded by a hedge that provides just the right amount of privacy for relaxing and sunbathing. The patio, equipped with a gazebo, table, and loungers, was the perfect spot for an outdoor dinner. A bonus was the outdoor bathroom, which was very practical as we spent a lot of time outside. The kitchen, small but charming, is also located inside a trullo. Its separate location from the rest of the house, as the host explained, is typical of traditional homes, designed to prevent cooking smells from spreading. It is well-organized and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. A special thank you goes to Vito, the host, who welcomed us with kindness and availability. Upon our arrival, he had left us a basket of local products, a gesture we greatly appreciated. He was always ready to meet our requests and shared the history of the place with great passion, making us feel at home from the very start. We highly recommend this accommodation! We will definitely return.
