8.0Todo estaba muy limpio. Camas cómodas y zonas de jardín y piscina muy bien cuidados.
− Los horarios limitados de recogida de basura que no permiten flexibilidad a la hora de tirarla, sobre todo en el momento de abandonar la casa.

− - le logement non conforme à l’annonce booking (villa annoncée avec 3 chambres et 2 SDB alors qu’il s’agit d’une villa avec 2 chambres et 1 SDB et 1 annexe en sous-sol avec 1 chambre et 1 SDB. Dans cette dernière, fraîcheur légèrement humide pas très agréable et fenêtre enterrée). L’accès se fait par l’extérieur. - environnement très bruyant : route jouxtant la piscine, plusieurs chiens chez les voisins et aboiements fréquents, chantier à proximité).

10.0La limpieza, la localización y la tranquilidad para dormir... No se oye ningún ruido. Han venido a limpiar la piscina varios días durante nuestra estancia, ha sido todo perfecto. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones. Camas muy cómodas.
− Hay que tener en cuenta que hay dos habitaciones y las dos son cama de matrimonio. Yo solo he visto un baño.

10.0the villa is spotless the host was very accommodating and very helpful 👍 car is recommended but the location is perfect as we explored the whole of the north of sardinia. we highly recommend.
− we did not use the driveway as it was narrow and we had a hire car however had no issue at all parking at the end of the driveway.
Difficult contact with owner
6.0The apartament is very nice. Apartamenty location very good if you have rent a car. Apartament garden is cery nice and very clean. AC in every room. Apartament equpment very good. Apartament looks better on the booking page.
− No welcome from owner resulted in difficulties to operate some equipment. Swimming pool water was cold and pool was not clened often enough. Mouse running around the apartment was not something you want on your vacation. No direct contact with owner only by whatsup. Owner requested by booking.com info about time of arrival and departure. This was provided by us with departure time at 17:00. Over 6 days of stay owner did not reject or approve this information so we assumed that we can stay till 17:00. On the last day of stay at around 11 owner sent us an request that we have to vacate the apartment immediately. After this we got and email from booking.com that our request to stay till 17 was rejected... This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour from owner! Our whole family felt cheated and upset about this situation! There would be no situation like if owner sent us a reminder that we can't stay till 17 and we have to vacate by 10.
