8.0Breakfast was supposed to be included as per the advertising on Expedia, but was not available. The dining area has been converted to living area for owner. The owner drove us to the train station twice. Once to get a ticket on the day of our arrival and again to get to our train. The owner also arranged laundry washing for us

10.0Please do yourself a favor and stay here. It is very professionally run and will help you enjoy your stay in Ninh Binh. Need a bicycle? Need a motorcycle? Want to book a tour? The manager will help you at breakfast each day. The omelettes are fantastic!

10.0Ngoc Anh Hotel 2 wa a beaut surprise in the ordinary provincial town of Ninh Binh. The rooms were quite spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the Senior Manager exceptionally so, his English being near perfect and his organisation of the nearby tours of Tam Coc and Trang An being spot on. The Hotel was located near main intersection for easy walking access to local restaurants. Right up there with the best boutique Hotels in Vietnam. John of Brisbane

10.0We really enjoyed our stay at this very central hotel. Staff were great, very friendly, organised good trips for us at reasonable cost. Breakfast was excellent. Everything is spotless. Bed was really comfortable. Recommended.
