1.0Nhân viên vui vẻ, vị trí tốt.
− Phòng không set up nước uống cho khách, chỉ có các loại nước ngọt để bán. Khăn rất dơ, nhận phòng lúc 13h30 bị thu thêm phí 20k. Phòng đặt thanh toán tại nơi ở, nhưng khách sạn bắt buộc phải trả tiền cọc trước. Rất thất vong

5.0− app đã nâng hạng phòng , mình chọn hạng phòng theo app mà chủ ks thu thêm tiền nói phòng mình ở là xịn nhất gì đó, ko nhiều nhưng làm mình bực mình. đến lúc tới nhận phòng nhân viên cho chờ gần nửa tiếng để check rồi chờ dọn phòng, chủ ks lại thu thêm tiền phòng toàn mùi thuốc lá khăn tắm thì cũ sàn nhà có lông tóc...
