Apartamento muy viejo y muy desgastado

− Es muy viejo. Muebles muy antiguos. Cortina de ducha con moho. No nos dejaron las camas hechas ni las toallas colocadas. Tuvimos que ir a buscar la llave y devolverla. Checkout a las 10:00, demasiado temprano.. Muy ruidoso. Extremadamente. No hay aire acondicionado, ni siquiera un ventilador. No hay mosquiteros y hay muchísimos mosquitos … tienes que tener puertas y ventanas abiertas para no morir asfixiado. No hay ascensor así que tienes que cargar con todo (maletas, compra etc) No hay trapos ni papel de cocina.. Te dejan 1 rollo de papel(muy cutre) para todos los dias. Si, solo 1 papel de wc. No repetiria

7.0De locatie is de grote troef van dit appartement. Je hebt een groot balkon met zicht op een goed onderhouden, rustige tuin en de zee. Je bent op 5 minuten wandelen van het pittoreske Callela de palafrugell met mooie strandjes en gezellige straatjes. Er zijn rolluiken waardoor je kamer goed verduisterd kan worden en alles koel blijft. Je kan makkelijk heel dicht bij je appartement parkeren.
− Het appartement heeft een grondige renovatie nodig. De keuken lijkt al lang niet gebruikt te zijn en is niet erg goed uitgerust (je vindt er niet alle basisbenodigdheden zoals een snijplank, afwasmiddel, peper, zout, olie…), de badkamers ruiken muf en als er iemand anders in het gebouw thuiskomt, ben je gegarandeerd wakker. Het ronde zwembad (of vijver?) vlak voor het balkon stond leeg; Er zijn voldoende andere zwembaden om te zwemmen, maar het oogt natuurlijk niet mooi.
