1.0− The door had a inch wide gap in it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall the tv and fire didn't work I would never recommend this caravan.

− I’m sorry but I didn’t like the location of the pedal buggy’s with the segways ! Right by the entrance with all the cars! Wasn’t safe for the kids Drafts through the door

− When we arrived the caravan had not been cleaned at all since the previous occupants. It was filthy I was unable to get hold of the out of hours contact I had and then spent Saturday morning having to wait in for a cleaner to arrive.

4.0Children had fun at the swimming pool but just as they start to enjoy themselves times up as they only get 45 minutes and they also close the slide 15 minutes before the session ends. The go karts was also fun for them but thought it could have been cheaper. 10 minute drive to the pier where we all had a good time.
− It was advertised as 2 bedroom caravan with unlimited WiFi with TV. The Internet didn't work.There was no aerial in the TV so the TV didn't work. I contacted in the app and told to contact the owner which I did told me that it comes with 100gb for the month, I was then told they would contact the Internet provider to then be told they are not answering the phone. The next day I was told that I would need to call them myself which I did and it worked for half an hour. When you have young children who keep occupied on tablets but couldn't as the Internet didn't work it becomes stressful. The pull out bed looked like it had urine stains and poo stains.
It was disappointing but the location was great

− The van smelled there was no electric when I arrived and the tv didn’t work the whole time we were there
