− Building works next door Rain came through French windows in the bedroom Smell of drains in the bathroom and utility room

10.0Conveniently located close to the center, clean, great AC, water quality, comfy bed, modern, garage. Truly one of the best.
− Nothing really. There is a set of stairs leading up to the main floor, something to note when you carry heavy luggage or have mobility issues. But the place is a gem
Lovely clean property with garage situated in the old town. About 10 minutes walk from the square.
8.0Having stayed here before we liked the addition of beach chairs and beach towels. The towels were great for people travelling light. Having a garage is a luxury in Pollença. The property is super clean.
− We’d have liked some loungers on the terrace. Eight chairs for a one bedroom property is unnecessary. Better tv. No English Channels , such things are a must in the winter.

Ideal acompdation in Pollença, feels like home!
10.0Spacious (little village typical house), luminuous, feels like home. Very well equiped kitchen, possible to wash clothes, sunny terrasse ! And private parking.
