Το σπίτι είναι καταπληκτικό. Ωραίοι χώροι και το παραλάβαμε καθαρό. Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες. Υπήρχε ένα κέρασμα από μουστοκούλουρα, νερό μη εμφιαλομένο στο ψυγείο και παγάκια στην κατάψυξη. Υπήρχε χώρος πάρκινγκ και γενικά υπήρχε μία περιποίηση στο περιβάλλοντα χώρο που έκανε ευχάριστη τη διαμονή.

− Για την τιμή του θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον να αδειάζουν τα καλαθάκια με τα απορρίματα κάθε μέρα όπως θα περίμενα να υπήρχε και μηχανή για εσπρέσσο με μερικές κάψουλες. Είχε καφετιέρα για γαλλικό καφέ αλλά δεν πίνει κανείς γαλλικό καφέ νομίζω. Επίσης είχε δύο ποτήρια κρασιού και όχι 4 οπότε το κρασί οι δύο από τους τέσσερις το ήπιαν σε νεροπότηρο. Για την τιμή του νομίζω ότι κάποιες λεπτομέρειες έχουν αξία.

Beautiful house, great surroundings

There are three identical houses located in a garden full of orange trees and one plane tree. Each house is completely separated from the others and you cannot see or hear anyone else, except for random occasions when we saw other guests in the parking lot ouside the courtyard. Each house has its own terrace with table and chairs for Rest assured, the houses are cool inside, despite only one air conditioning unit. We used the A/C for cooling down the livingroom in the evening. From there the cool air enters the two bedrooms down the hallway. Some nights we did not need A/C at all because the outside temperature was reasonable and we slept with balcony doors wide open - there are mosquito nets everywhere. Other nights we used the A/C as the days were really torid with 43 deg. Celsius even at 7 PM. The houses are on a very quiet street with almost no cars passing by, close to the center and very close to Acheron River (150m). The view is fabulous with rocky mountains in the background at about 1 km away. Location-wise the house is within walking distance from bakery and tavernas, 2 km away from the Acheron Springs which is an oasis of shadow, cold water and cool air during the hot summer days. The location is a very good place to explore the Epirus region in Greece: 25 minutes to the seaside, 35 minutes to Parga, 50 minutes to Dodoni or Nikopolis ancient theaters. The host is very nice, generous, attentive and polite, always tries to not disturb for changing the bedsheets and the towels. As a welcome gift we were given a jar of home-made spoon sweet bergamot that is a delicious citrus fruit in a very sweet syrup, a small bottle of balsamic oil, some aromatic herbs and a home-made trahana pasta. In addition, some tomatoes and oranges from the host garden. Thank you Maria for your kindness. We would love to come back someday.

Location was great. The house was spot clean and tidy and ready for our late arrival. The host was super flexible with our late arrival which was much appreciated.

− I know I am cherry picking, but a shampoo and a filter for the coffee machine would have been much appreciated.
