Easy checking in and out. Requested to check-in early was granted easily. Spacious apartment and fully equipped. Free parking provided at a short distance. Shops and restaurant nearby.

− Dinnerware and kitchenware provided is very limited to number of persons for the apartment.

Parkering i omedelbar anslutning till lägenheten, kök med kyl/frys, spis/ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin, 2 separata sovrum och stort vardagsrum med TV och chromecast, stabilt wifi. Vi reste som familj (2 föräldrar & 2 barn 11/13 år) och detta boende passade oss utmärkt - vi hade ett centralt boende och kunde fixa vår egen mat i eget kök precis som hemma - mycket bekvämt! Nära till centrum, mataffär och handelsområde. Tåg (dubbelspår) passerade precis utanför, men med stängda fönster stördes man inte ett dugg av detta, och vi såg det bara som positivt då det var kul att se tågen passera :) Luftkonditionering/AC var ett mycket stort plus!!

− Skulle hellre vilja förmedla detta direkt till hyresvärden men vill samtidigt ge ett ärligt omdöme, så: * Saknades lampa i en av sängarmaturerna, fick flytta lampa från golvarmatur i vardagsrummet till sängarmatur. * Disk stod kvar i diskmaskinen, dock var det diskat så helt OK. * Städningen kändes undermålig, smulor i ugnen och ofräsch toaborste... * Annan användare (på främmande språk) var inloggad på smart-TV/Chromecast. * Saknade kaffebryggare i köket. Ovanstående, frånsett kaffebryggare som kanske inte var specificerat i faciliteter, borde ha varit i ordning tycker vi. Vill samtidigt poängtera att fördelarna övervägde nackdelarna.

Despite the minor issues, it’s a great spot for a short stay in Norrköping and we’d recommend it to others.

The apartment was spacious enough for four people and well-equipped with a kitchen, good facilities, and super comfortable beds. Having a nearby parking space was also very convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. The location was quite central.

− The location right next to the train tracks meant it was quite noisy during hot summer nights when we needed the windows open. The apartment is also situated above restaurants, so there was often a strong smell when entering — we had to open the windows to air it out. Adding blackout curtains for the summer months and an extra mirror outside the bathroom would improve comfort.

Great location, nice and spacious apartment with a functional AC. Would consider coming back.

Great location and good soundproof windows and walls. Nice neighbourhood with lots of close by bus stops, restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds and spacious apartment. The AC was a plus! very required for the 🥵 weather. Patricia was very nice and helpful too. Communication with host was great and professional. Felt like home away from home to a great extent.

− Property had no iron though helped in securing one which wasn’t that great which we couldn’t use in the end. Had no means for laundry. A washing machine would have been more useful to us than the dish washer, having a stay of 11nights. Laundry would have made it a 10 for us. Would have loved a hair dryer too and a bigger cooking pot for a company of 4 adults.
