4.0We were given not the room we booked ; difficulty in communication that’s why we used lots of time just to communicate - documents needed to enter bldg; unclean porch ; beautiful view of Samal ; convenient coz it’s fronting local mkt ; walking distance to port of Samal ; room needs to update esp washroom ; only one pot can be used but given pans later ; rusted washroom doors; room needs repainting ; staff needs to respond quicker when called for ; toilet bowl clogged not happy with room but place overlooking Samal island is great

6.0Our apartment had a broken toilet seat, leaking wash basin that was almost falling off the wall and mould on the ceiling above the shower. The fact you had to pay to use the swimming pool even if you are staying in the apartments.
