die villa war grossartig! aussenanlage und pool sehr gepflegt und der pool schön kühlend. die zimmer sind alle mit super klimaanlage ausgestattet und die balkone wurden rege genutzt!!! es fehlte was den komfort anging an nichts. küche war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. ein riesiger kühlschrank hatte platz für getränke und lebensmittel. der besitzer hat uns sogar auf eigene kosten getränke und früchte in den külschrank getan, da wie spät angekommen sind. er war sehr hilfsbereit und überraus nett. die fotos spiegeln alles wieder wie es dort ist. da die villa nicht in zentraler lage ist, gibt es den abc supermarkt der alles und auch spät liefert! danke tassos und danke abc-man unser ulaub war traumhaft!

− kleine kritik ist höchstens dass drr geschirrspühler nicht so gut reinigt, aber dies ist wirklich nur ein detail, verglichen mit der herrlichkeit des hauses

We had a wonderful stay at Livis 1 Villa and really enjoyed our time here. The villa is spacious, both inside and outside, with plenty of room to relax. The pool is lovely and was a big hit with our kids. We also made great use of the BBQ area, which is perfect for long summer evenings. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, and thanks to the shutters, we hardly noticed the road nearby when sleeping. We personally were not bothered by the road at all during our stay. A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. After a thunderstorm caused an issue with the water tank on the roof, he came over immediately to fix it. He was very friendly, took the time for a nice chat, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. His hospitality really added to our positive experience. We would also like to compliment the team managing the villa. When our son developed an ear infection and we unexpectedly had to extend our stay, they responded incredibly quickly and were very accommodating. Their support during a stressful situation was greatly appreciated and made everything much easier for us. Overall, this is a beautiful villa where we created wonderful holiday memories. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Allas ja avara piha olivat hyviä. Paikasta pääsi helposti muihin kyliin tai kaupunkeihin.

− Ios tie aiheutti välillä paljon ääntä. Keittiön tarvikkeet voisitvat olla hieman paremmat omaa ruoan tekemistä varten.

The photos accurately reflected the place, the kitchen is well equipped, the property is new, clean, and spacious, and the yard and pool look simply wonderful.

− The shower drain on the second floor overflows if two people shower in a row, but it’s not a big issue since there’s also a shower downstairs, and only soap comes out of the drain.
