Una stanza sconsigliata

− Quando sono entrato nella stanza, il caldo era soffocante e sono rimasto sorpreso di non trovare l'aria condizionata, nonostante l'annuncio la indicasse tra i servizi; c'era solo un piccolo ventilatore. Quella sera non ho potuto nemmeno usare la cucina per cuocere la pasta, dato che la stanza è piccola e farlo l'avrebbe resa ancora più calda (la cucina si trova proprio accanto al letto). A peggiorare le cose, il frigorifero era un modello vecchio e non funzionava. Il gestore non rispondeva alle chiamate ed era lento a replicare su WhatsApp; non mi è mai stata proposta alcuna soluzione e ho trovato offensivo sentirmi dire che la stanza era calda semplicemente perché in Italia è estate. Inoltre, c'è un tavolo di vetro che ostruisce l'ingresso, rendendo difficile accedere liberamente alla stanza. soluzione, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta né risoluzione. Non sono riuscito a dormire a causa del caldo insopportabile e ho effettuato il check-out la mattina presto. È stata un'esperienza negativa e spero che i gestori trovino una soluzione adeguata, affinché altri ospiti non debbano vivere la stessa situazione.

False advertising, no air conditioning

Easy check in, great location, nice space.

− Avoid in the summer! I rented during a heatwave hoping to get some relief, as the listing advertised AC. When I arrived there was a sign in the room saying to contact the host if you would like a different temperature. I did so and the host asked if I would like a fan? I insisted he lower the temperature and he agreed to, but it was clear that the apartment doesn't have air conditioning. As I returned after dinner the apartment was unbelievably hot and I had a miserable evening. I realize this may seem like a small complaint, but the apartment did not meet my expectations at all and I while the host apologized, I feel like they were evasive and poor in communicating with me.

Overpriced for "old" and very basic. Certainly NOT Luxury....

It is a good location about a 10-13 minute walk from the Train station. The Host provided videos of how to get in that made that easy. It also has a nice bathroom but with an annoying sensor THREE lights that come on each time you walk in.

− Firstly it was the smell inside that hits as soon as you open the door. The room is in darkness and the light switches are on the far side of the room on a white wall...... There are some jars in the kitchen that I picked up to look in. One had been used to dump old sugar, coffee pods and the like and they were wet. Another was broken in two but pushed together so nobody would notice. The property descriptions lists things that don't exist. There is no "balcony" despite the owner insisting that a safety rail and a 40cm metre ledge is a balcony. Likewise the "view" is of the wall opposite and the walkway outside. I like to make my own coffee but the advertised "kettle" doesn't exist either. The host said he would bring one but didn't. A wardrobe with a whole TWO hangers that are for pants, a picture frame with no picture, and ONE knife in the drawer with 2 forks. Worst of all is the "Aircon". More "con" than air as it's controlled by the host off-site and blows warm air on a 29Cel day. I asked him to turn it down at 5.30pm when I arrived and it took 5 hours for the place to be reasonable. But the next day was just the same. There is no air movement and it's very stuffy. The place really needs fan of any description. I have screenshots of all conversations with the host as he seems to attack people who write negative reviews. Let him try that with me!!!
