good location, spacious apartment

The position of the apartment was great, very close to bus station (Kulleg) and also to LIDL (10 min by walk): The apartment was quite big, 3 bedrooms were enough. I also like 2 bathrooms available. The terrace was great and view was stunning. The kitchen was enough equipped to prepare some easy food. Also coffee machine was nice detail. Wifi is strong enough.

− The TV was not working. The big minus was that there were no cleaning supplies like a broom, mop or vacuum cleaner. You can imagine how the floor looks like after 3 days with 5 people (2 kids). We have to buy own small broom to keep at least the floor clean but it was unsustainable. We get promise that we get some but without success. Also small recommendation, some blankets when sitting on couch or terrasse will be nice.

Enjoyed the check-in info and how easy it was, clear and short. There’s definitely a potential, only if more care and love would be put into it.

− I had read the bad reviews, but was enchanted by the beautiful view from the balcony. Over all it was a bit disappointing, it would need a little refresh and care, very worn out and not properly cleaned. A coffee/ water for first morning would be nice. But most bothering was the smell of mold and the worn-out facilities. We managed to ventilate a bit. Wifi also not strong enough and TV didn’t work. For the price you can get much better apartments in Malta. The proximity to Valletta was the only bonus, but in the area there wasn’t much to do, especially in the evening we still went to other parts of the island for dinner. I was ready for it - I had read the reviews but hoped it’s just bad luck. I wouldn’t book again.

Looks pretty but isn't! (Dirty and cockroaches and lots of broken stuff)

− Cockroaches in the bathroom Missing curtains Dirty linnen Dirty sheets Overal dirty feel and bad finishing in the apartment Broken extractor hood Bad communication Dirt of previous tenant was still there and after notifying they didn't pick it up. Aircon doesn't seems to be maintained Fungus in the shower Broken drain in the back shower Broken plugs Overall bad price to quality

Malta ok. Apartament nie polecam . Bywałam w lepszych.

Tylko rozkład apartamentu i widok.

− W obiekcie było brudno. Jak przyjechaliśmy w jednej sypialni ogromny karaluch. Brak w kuchni szklanek dla odpowiedniej liczby osób . Brak wody do picia i herbaty , soli i pieprzu. Przyjechaliśmy w nocy to wszystkie sklepy zamknięte. Ręczniki to był dramat podarte i na dodatek brudne jakby były wyprane ze szmatami. Wilgoć w pomieszczeniach . W jednym pokoju klima nie działała a w drugim roleta w oknie. Ogólne wrażenie zle. Kontakt z obiektem bardzo ograniczony o cxy świadczy fakt ze od paru dni przed wyjazdem nie można było się skontaktować żeby ustalić pobyt 7 osoby. MM
