− One water heater was not working and was not repaired. I was told by the service that the breakfast of the firstday startsby 10am . Thus I did go to the breakfast. The second day, I knew they have another option that starts from 8am.

A Hidden Policy Ruined Our Honeymoon
1.0− We booked this property for an entire week, and only at check-in were we informed that I could stay, but my husband could not because we did not have the official Egyptian marriage certificate, which was still being processed. This requirement was never mentioned anywhere in the listing—neither under “Property Policies” nor in the “Important Details” section. A policy this important should be clearly displayed before guests pay for their stay. It is far more important than information about extra beds, pets, or COVID restrictions that ended years ago. This situation caused us an enormous amount of stress. What was supposed to be our dream honeymoon turned into a nightmare because of the way this was handled. We spent hours trying to resolve the issue and fighting to avoid losing the money we had paid for an entire week’s stay. If this is a legal requirement, be transparent about it. Hiding such a critical condition until guests arrive is completely unacceptable and feels extremely misleading. I cannot recommend this property to international couples planning a stress-free holiday. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with confirmed accommodation, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. We lost money despite never spending a single night at the property.

Le personnel est disponible et très efficace, merci à Magdy pour tout ce qu'il a fait pour nous rendre le séjour très confortable et merci à Mme Sarah pour son assistance. Ce sera avec grand plaisir de revenir ici à l'avenir. Je recommande ce bel endroit vivement.
