3.0El piso como tal estaba bien. Bien equiparado.
− La atención al cliente para mi es importante y aqui fue pésima. Las explicaciones de cómo llegar fueron inutiles, te mandan un documento con las explicaciones,pero estaban mal, no coincidia el numero de casa con los timbres por lo que fue muy dificil activar la llave y cuando pedí ayuda no me cogian el teléfono y la ayuda por el chat fue inútil y dejada. No se preocuparon por si habia entrado, si me quedo en la calle ni les importa. Además las llaves funcionaban mal. Con la fianza que piden hasta te da miedo de utilizar las cosas por si te cobran. La cual tuve que pedir yo que me dijeran cómo pagarla. No me hicieron sentir seguros a la hora de pagarla, tuve que acudir a booking Eramos tres personas y solo dejaron toallas para dos. El piso estaba bien pero si os importa la atencion al cliente no es vuestro lugar.
