Tolle Lage , wir würden aber nicht ein zweites Mal kommen !
5.0Die Lage ist nicht zu topen! Wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge. In 4 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an einem wunderschönen Strand( am Ehemaligen Kloster). Dort wird noch Abenddinner angeboten, was nicht mehr so überall ist in den Agriturismen . Abendessen war super! Reinigung super in den Zimmern.
− Leider in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird nichts investiert. Viel kaputt , unaufgeräumter liederlicher Hof. Kaputte Möbel am Pool, Unkraut , Heckenanschnitte liegen rum, Überall Zigarettenkippen , sogar in den Blumentöpfen . Juniorchef beim Frühstücjk nur am Handy, nach allem musste man fragen , Überlagerte Butter , der Müllpöatz gleicht einer Müllhalde Wirklich schade um den Hof!
Schönes Objekt, verdient mehr Aufmerksamkeit
8.0Die Lage ist top! Blick über das Meer. Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool ist sauber. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit funktionierender Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Das Abendessen war ziemlich umfangreich und vielseitig. Überdachter Parkplatz für das Motorrad. (Achtung, die letzten 300m zum Objekt sind nicht asphaltiert) Verschiedene Strände sind mit einer kurzen Fahrt erreichbar. (1,5 oder 6km)
− Das ganze Objekt wirkt etwas lieblos verwaltet. Der Pool ist wirklich angenehm, aber es gibt keine vernünftigen Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegestühle oder gar Sonnenschirme. Schade

7.0Stunning view and good location to explore the coast both north and south. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite our limited italian. The accommodation was comfortable, with a spacious room and with an amazing view.
− The restaurant was very busy with functions for the 3 days we were there, so staff were very busy. The complex needs some work- no outdoor furniture around pool; no steps on pool ladder; poor flow of hot water, window shutter latches were broken
Wouldn't stay for leisure only. Maybe a romantic weekend, if I had a car.
5.0Room was nice. Bathroom was very nice, roomy shower. It was a lovely place for the wedding of my friends. The restaurant did a great job with the reception.
− Noise! It was impossible both in the afternoon and evening to sleep as either children were screaming or adults were talking loudly. I understand it is an event venue, but more soundproofing would have been nice. And maybe preventing children from playing ball in the courtyard. The fact there is no other resource for food or drinks, it was also awkward that the restaurant wasn't always open. Though they kindly helped me when I was ill, so that was much appreciated. Also the fact the restaurant only has a set menu made it difficult to have a light meal.

8.0the pool was amazing, the view even better. the staff was so friendly! the food was really really good! and the chef was really nice. the room had everything we needed! and the beautiful view.
