Great complex but not so great apartment
6.0Location: right on the slope, so you can literally ski in/out, easy parking (during a very snowy weekend in new Gudauri everyone is struggling with parking). Hotel overall: it is a really nice complex, with very attentive people at the reception (especially Tato). Nice view (see photo)
− It is an apparent run by private host, so hotel stuff send you to him for many questions. For example, for wi-fi password you should ask host, but in our case he answered only 17 hours later :( The strangest thing is that ski depo is not included and you can't rent it separately, so you live on the slope but without ski depo. When we asked host what we should do, he answered "leave your equipment outside or keep it on the balcony". The room is slightly shabby and not super clean, also there was very bed smell from bathroom and main light didn't work, only small lamp near the bed.

− Smell of sewage from the bathroom, they should change the pipe in the sink that goes with the water sump.
