− No wifi/TV - not made aware when booking Inadequate lighting - Light fitting not working at top of stairs, insufficient bulbs in fittings that did work. No instructions regarding turning heating on Lounge furniture v. uncomfortable for older people. Kitchen frying pan should be replaced

− No communication with host when asked about WiFi and use of TV. Need to sort TV and internet! Property needs some minor upgrades. No light for stairs. Electrical connections erratic and in need of attention!
