Not a good stay, clean rooms better.

− Towels were dirty, no hot water , bathroom not cleaned & beds not cleaned, piece of hair found on the bed. Male Manager made us go to front to get new bedding. Was rude. Didn’t apologize & didn’t offer to take anything off the room.
