Super netter und lieber Gastgeber. Wenn man Fragen hat, ist er immer da. Er hat uns gern mit Obst und Gemüse aus seinem Garten und Eiern versorgt. War ständig bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Ausflugstipps hat er uns auch gegeben. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei Francesco mit vielen tollen Erinnerungen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schöne leicht abgelegene Lage mit hervorragender Aussicht, gesicherter Parkplatz, sehr netter Host, Küche mit Wasser und kleinen Gastgeschenken bestückt , Pelletshofen für wohlige Wärme , allerdings insgesamt aufgrund örtlicher Baugewohnheiten und mangelnder Isolation auch bitter nötig

− Falsche Wegbeschreibung in Booking, der Buchungsservice Holandeo telefonisch nicht zu erreichen ( die Nummer des Vermieters vor Ort war nicht angeben ), Zufahrt aufgrund mangelhaften Zuschnitt des Bewuchses für grosse Vans hinterlässt Spuren, da diese auch ca 300 m lang ist

Une maison au calme

La.maison est spacieuse, à la fois proche d Iglesias et des magasins toutes étant au calme entouré d'arbres méditerranéens et de montagnes. La plage la plus proche est très grande et on peut se garer facilement. C'est un bon emplacement pour découvrir cette partie de la Sardaigne. En plus, le propriétaire Francesco, est toujours disponible , prêt à aider. On y reviendra avec plaisir.

Our stay at Casa Teresa 2 was absolutely excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located—perfect for exploring both Iglesias and the surrounding areas of Sardinia. What truly made our experience outstanding was Francesco. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, offering us valuable local tips and suggestions on where to travel, eat, and explore. Thanks to his guidance, we discovered beautiful beaches, hidden gems, and authentic Sardinian culture that we might have otherwise missed. We highly recommend Casa Teresa 2 to anyone visiting this part of the island. Thank you, Francesco, for making our trip so memorable! Il nostro soggiorno a Casa Teresa 2 è stato davvero eccellente. L’appartamento era pulito, confortevole e ben posizionato—perfetto per esplorare Iglesias e le meraviglie della Sardegna circostante. Ma ciò che ha davvero reso speciale la nostra esperienza è stato Francesco. È stato estremamente disponibile e accogliente, offrendoci consigli preziosi su dove viaggiare, mangiare ed esplorare.
