Location superb.Shop quite near.Parking a bit 'tight.

− Until we opened the windows was a bit of a damp smell....which went once some air was circulating.

Matt was a great host and very attentive. The facilities at the house were good, despite no working oven which we were warned about in advance. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a beautiful area, with stunning views and very quiet. A truly lovely place for a holiday cottage.

− The photos made the furniture look quite luxurious but actually the furnishings were quite functional and done on a budget. Having said that, the beds and sofa were very comfortable so it was all fine. I think I maybe just came with slightly higher expectations of the furnishings. The place was very clean so no complaints and Matt was a great host so overall a positive stay!

The area which is outstanding the cottage is very comfortable

− The front area of the property is totally neglected the bench was rotten and dangerous as were the steps with no hand rail having to carry chairs out side became a chore as we are elderly these issues were reported but nothing was done to rectify it ,a power cut happened on the tues 2oth which I tried to find out when it would be restored I was told 9am as I had no means of making tea or coffee I attempted to find out at 10.30am but I had to leave a message the power was off for six hours I was accused of being abusive which I strongly deny as I knew it had nothing to do with cottage but an update would have been nice!

A stunning location and a well equipped cottage, would definitely recommend.

The location was stunning, with easy access to the National park and coastline. The property was well equipped.
